OK, so I have my Mame working. Who plays it online?

Need to find people to play UMK3 with. I live in the UK, so I don't know how lag will effect it.

Is it Mame PPK or Mame 32 i need for the best netplay results? (I'm new to mame, allow stupid questions please.)
