Going from MK9 to Injustice

For the people that are transitioning from MK to Injustice, finding similarities between the characters in both games can help you chose a main.

I'm not very experienced with Injustice but this is what I have so far (I will add to this list):

Raven = Ermac
Grundy = Johnny Cage
Deathstroke = Freddy / Noob / Kenshi
Batman = Kung Lao
Green Lantern = Liu Kang
Nightwing = Jax
Harley Quinn = Sonya
Ares = Raiden
Wonder Woman = Kitana

Any Suggestions?

Harley Quinn - Sonya - simple zoning, and a really good stance game, issues against zoners.
Ares - Raiden - Teleport, better zoning.
WW - Kitana - Pretty much lives from d1 combo punishes on shield stance, can win with B23, good damage, should always be in the air.
