GameClucks monthly fighting game tournaments are held every second Saturday of each month. To provide a more central location to the community, we have moved to Dante's, a restaurant/bar in the U District. The upper level is allocated to us and the place is relatively empty of others until late. Dante's does serve food and drinks meaning that you can get both at the venue while still enjoying tournament matches. Please spread the word to people you know. We hope you can join us to compete with, get some casuals in, or just hang out with the Seattle-area FGC.

Edit 2: Start times have slightly changed. MK9 will now start at 5pm as opposed to the previously stated time of 6pm.

We have slightly adjusted the start times. MK9 will now start one hour earlier at 5pm. This will be closer to what it was last month and further away from the 8pm cutoff time for those under 21. As usual, please spread the word and I'll see you next Saturday!

Thank you to everyone that made it out to our final Saturday event for a bit. It was nice to meet many of you.

GameClucks is currently restructuring our event schedule due to the increased attendance at our Thursday events. We are limited in terms of availability and location, but as long there is enough interest, we would like to continue with MK9 events. Keep grinding and we hope to get back to you with our options.

Kind of. We have moved to a new location nearby at 3333 184th St SW Lynnwood, WA, however if the old location was too far in the first place, this does not help too much. Our plan is to alternate between there and Dante's each week on Thursdays. We may also be looking into other locations.

If the community wants/needs a Friday or Saturday, we should be able to hold something up in Lynnwood.

oh right on. Just wondering because my Dad lives very close to the Edmonds one and I have a step bro that used to frequent that one. I live down in Puyallup though so either is a little out there for me.

Understandable. Gamebreakerz in Auburn would be your best bet. They hold tournaments for whatever enough people come in for. Here's the link to the thread McNasty created. Now that MK9 is confirmed for both Evo and MLG, it might be the time to see who in that area is interested.

Still, I don't believe a large scene is a requirement to level up or get quality sessions (although we all know the benefits of one >.>).
