Game session is no longer available

I've racked up about 10 extra losses due to this happening on xbox live over and over tonight. What the hell is causing this? It'll happen to me at random in certain games. How have they not fixed this by now?

What?! So after I beat someone and they disconnect from internet, I get the lost + 1 disconnect as well??

actually i think its like in mkvsdc where the player who lost more rounds or at draw took more damage so far gets the loss at disconnect.

I get many of the 'game session' messages if I catch my opponent in an x-ray as the last thing or just regularly beat them. I don't even fatality them.

So open up recent players, pick the top guy, send them a message along the lines of "Hahaha, freaking ragequitting pussy"

I get this all the fucking time. I can't even connect to like half the people on live because of this.

I can only join like 1 out of every 30 koth sessions because of this shit.

It's infuriating.

I hear you man, these desynchronizations and game sessions not being available need an urgent fix. The thing is sometimes I'm in the first round of a fight and then I get the "game no longer in session" message just out of nowhere so I don't think it's due to people pulling (even though some do).
