I think I'm one of the few who aren't hyped on Fulgore.. I feel they gave him a lot of tools without too much of a downside. Although I guess we'll see how it pans out as time progresses and the game evolves.

Fulgore's Instinct is fucking awesome. It gives Spinal-- I mean him constantly refilling shadow meter

Fulgore is extremely annoying. WAY too many tools with barely any downside like someone mentioned earlier.... I don't care for the 3 round burst followed by the air laser when you jump over it.

I spent more time on the arcade last night but my little time messing around with him in the lab it seemed like he was lacking in a low mixup. But again I literally only spent like 5 minutes with him, just wanted to identify what his auto doubles looked like, which by the way they are pretty annoying to read due to how subtle their differences are.
