Frame Data side note

In case anyone is wondering.. Your "Basic Attack" is the first hit of the "Combo Attacks". ie..

Using Super Mans "Its a Bird" combo, the "Hook Punch" is actually the first hit, which is found in the "Basic Attack" tab.

Sorry if everyone already knew this.. I was wondering why Super Mans f2,3 was so good. I thought it was a 19f startup, lulz, its only 8f.

So are the frame data in the pause menu actually correct? I've been hearing that not all is correct, especially on the 3-4 hit combo strings. either that or I am just reading the frames wrong...
