Frame Data for Universal Inputs?

Is there any resource we know of that highlights frame data for universal inputs/ movements? Looking for things like jump start up, MB throw adv./ disadv., invul./ recovery frames of back dash, recovery frames on forward dash (character specific), landing recovery on empty jumps vs. jip, etc.

Any help would be appreciated. If there is enough info on this, maybe there should be a sticky, or at least look to have it added to respective character guides.
