Frame data for U3-4 on block?

Does F2 give advantage on block? Can't honestly tell. I know U3+4 and F43 do though; I just don't know exactly how much advantage they give.

I'm 99% sure it's 0 on block ( both f2 and u34 ) , also a blocked u34 at contact range gives you the perfect spacing for a d3 to hit the opponent where f2 gives more pushback and d3 will not always reach the opponent but that can be used to bait a lowpoke and punish it by backdashing into b34 / f2 b21.
