Usually, when someone refers to a character as being "flowchart" they're making a reference to a meme from street fighter about "flowchart Ken". (Look it up if you don't know what that is, it's pretty funny).

But basically it usually refers to a character where you have a tool/set of tools where if you're in doubt, you can just randomly throw it out and you'll win more often than not.

That might be what the OP is referring to, but I'm not sure.

I thought I was playing a character based on reads and conditioning your opponent and command grab pressure, not only that but I need to have character specific knowledge so I know where to place my parries in string gaps. Little did I know I could just be flow charting Commando Kano this whole time. Thank you based OP

Reptile honest? Yeah, I can agree with that. He takes a little work to really take advantage of his strengths but it's well worth it in the end. Great, solid character overall.

She even admits that she loves being evil, rather than pretending that she only does it under Quan Chi's control. Definitely honest.

For the most part I agree with this, people will whine about this or that but this list isn't bad.

Waiting for the "It's too early" comment... I don't think it takes so long to make these lists and change them in the future if something super broke comes up but as it is this is pretty spot on.
