I'm only showing normals that are plus or barely negative. Also all of these are hand tested so give or take a frame.
On Block:
114xxFBC~+6
F24xxFBC~0
333xxFBC~+6
B3xxFBC~+5
F3xxFBC~+6
S4xxFBC~+13

On Hit (Combo Links) These were also hand tested:
11xxFBC~+15 (f2)
113xxFBC~+11(b2,f3)
B121 or any part of the string xxFBC~+10(Haven't tested fully)
12xxFBC~+15(f2)
F24xxFBC~+7 (you have to do d3 to keep them airborne)
33xxFBC~+14(s3)
333xxFBC~+7 (you have to do d3 to keep them airborne)
B34xxFBC links into anything
F3xxFBC links into anything.

In parentheses is the slowest normal you can link to.

Fistinoob here, haven't touched any other variation Cage since A-List died. Is this meterless fistbump cancels or meter burned?

"F3xxFBC links into anything."

F3 on hit into mb fistbump links into f3 or f2 midscreen, and into many more things in the corner.

Edit: I read 'nothing' instead of 'anything' lol

B121 links into F4 which is 13f (on hit) its our mid-screen go to hit confirm.

The numbers I came up with on block are very close to yours. This is what I got from hand testing:
F3xxFBC~+6
333xxFBC~+5
S4xxFBC~+11
F24xxFBC~+1
F2xxFBC~+3
114xxFBC~+7

What this means is that unless your opponent armors or backdashes the gap, b12 is guaranteed after f3, 333, and S4 into FBC. (Not 114 because b12 would whiff)
Also after S4xxFBC,F2 is guaranteed (unless they armor or backdash of course)

b121xxFBC on hit is at least +13 because you can combo into a f4

From your numbers this is great news. It means we are guranteed a B1 after f3 MB (unless armor ofc)

Doing some testing myself these are all correct except one small error you made.

You accidentally added a frame on each

For example Cassies Flipkick is 7 frame start up and it comes out on the 6 frame and Cages F24 Ex FB D3 trades with Cassie

So for a 7 frame move to trade with a 6 frame it needs to be plus +1

But it's a small error just shave 1 of everything and it's correct
