finish him raiden glitch

Whenever I win with Raiden, when tha game says "finish him/her" and I do a teleport to get in close the opponent, Raiden "freezes" for a long period of time. He cannot move or do specials. After a moment he can but it's kinda wierd.

Has anyone seen this? I know it's not much of a big deal, just a little annoying and wierd.
