Ferris Aircraft bug

I spent about half an hour or so in versus trying to replicate this when I had the recording equipment ready and I was completely unsuccessful, so whatever happened seems like it was probably a fluke and won't be a huge issue....but it was so crazy I felt the need to post it.

I was doing a set of player matches on Ferris Aircraft with myself as Arrow and the oppossing player as Shazam. I'm in the left corner under the turbine, he's right in front of me, his first lifebar is almost gone. I had fire arrows loaded and knocked him down and activated the turbine, but it wiffed because he wasn't standing up yet. I then proceded to chip him with a fire arrow before the turbine finished reseting

Now here's where it gets weird: Green arrow does his little arrow spin victory animation....and he freezes. At first I think that my game has frozen...but then I see the shazam player slowly walking towards me. I try and move left and right and mashed a few buttons but nothing happened. He eventually walks right up to me from across the screen and punches me, and then suddenly I can move again.

Again, I was not able to successfully replicate it, so it probably won't be a huge issue....but I'm curious as to what the exact parameters were that triggered it.

Sounds like a bug, but not really one I'm familiar with personally. Was your character across the stage as a result of the turbine? If so, it may simply be an issue of the game misreading you as still in-transit as the turbine was going back into place. I dont know what to tell you, but that would be my guess.


Sounds, actually, like a bug I happened across fighting a batman on the halls of justice. He tried to hitch a ride out of the corner on the spaceship interactable but I ring tossed him off and he had a similar issue, not me though. So I'm not sure if its the same thing but its the same ending where one person is incapable of moving.

This glitch still happened to me two week ago, but on the left side of the stage.
