Fatality Freeze Glitch

I'm MK3 Sub-Zero fighting an opponent. I win and do the Head Rip Fatality.

But he just stands there looking at the guy. His body stops moving but his head keeps turning.

No Fatality.

This happened with me and I was Stryker. He just stood there and it said fight again after like 3 minutes and while it had that screen up it showed the fatality and it just froze. I had to dashboard. Idk wtf is up with it.
