1,1 hits the fastest far as I know, but takes perfect timing, and won't necessarily be fast enough to stop a lot of them as well
Unbreakable has Ice Parry, Cryomancer has slow armour ex-Hammer
I guess if you have a clone out, Shatter will give you two hits at the same time, and give you armour + combo if you EX it
I generally just block, lol
