This is something that happened in MKX too and it makes sense why it happens, don't see why it needs "fixed" really. If you hit the normal that's being cancelled into the command grab on a later active frame then the blockstun triggers later causing the tick to fail. Was the same for Commando, Torr and Jason.
I would like to be able to connect that because this command grab is usefull only to catch delay wakeup, otherwise other grabs are more useful and more damaging
