Explain Avyd to me?

So Combo Breaker and CEO in 2016 both had tons of adds from a new sponsor called AVYD... but I have no idea what it is and the website www.avyd.com has exactly zero information on it. There is more info on the stream add than anywhere else I can find.

So, what exactly is it?

The stream add makes me think it is a online league like ESL but just for players with out any streaming or anything and also that you can do Money Matches on it.. (not idea how that is going to be legal, or enforced)

Is there any info on this Avyd thing?

Yeah I'm getting a mlg website thing vibe from this. Where you could challenge players and it tracks leaderboards. But I guess you could bet money or put up some certain amounts as stakes. Quick scroll through Twitter kind of confirms that what it is
