Oh yeah well there is that, but that is literally the only reason then? It's safe on block.
It's a bit faster and has slightly less recovery than the normal Trident on whiff also.Oh yeah well there is that, but that is literally the only reason then?
Can it be neutral ducked a la Scorpion? You can jail the 50/50 into it with no gap so it's truly 100% safe.
Be weary. Reo's tech threads tend to gather nerf witch hunters.@YOMI REO any good shit you've found with smoke? I'm sure you have labbed him up like every character
B1xxEX Trident and B3xxEX Trident are both true blockstrings so no.Can it be neutral ducked a la Scorpion?
Alright that's pretty cool then!B1xxEX Trident and B3xxEX Trident are both true blockstrings so no.
*stab stab stab stab* HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFor a minute I thought of Aquaman, lol.
Plz no. Staaahp!*stab stab stab stab* HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I don't think he really needs meter too be honest. I do pretty well with smoke and I have very little use for my meter except to try for the full 40% punish. I tend to use my meter for breaks or xray finishers or the emergency no stamina fade. Can't see a reason to spend the bar on invis when smoke's already meter starved for damage as is. Especially without it granting +frames, armor, chip reduction, or any other benefit. Unless we haven't found it yet.
Just a note about this for newer Smoke palyers you don't wnna do the phase after the EX Trident, adds extra scaling to follow ups because NRS hates funB1 ex trident links wihtout gaps iirc and gives a decent combo
I'll keep that in mind! Thank you!I have a good reason to use it. As almost everyone is aware that every string cancelled into like b21 ex smokeball is a gimmick. Well people who are aware of that can jump out of it what some players do. To stop them trying to jump out of your strings cancelled into ex smokeball you can use ex trident because ex trident will catch them jumping and its safe on block.
