General/Other - Kung Lao Ex Teleport on wakeup

EX teleport doesnt seem to work for me on wakeup. And if it does, its delayed so much that I wouldnt call it a wakeup. Is the down part of the teleport input delaying the wakeup for some reason (tornado works fine)? Am I missing something or is it supposed to be like this? Thanks in advance.

Try to learn the timing. But, since we're on the subject, you can actually stuff Kung Lao's ex teleport on wake-up before the armor activates.
