EX fireball glitch.

Was playing with a friend and he was fullscreen with 6% hp,i decided to throw an ex fireball and it hit him as he jumped over it,he wasn't touching it,he was right above it and the controller vibrated as if he was hit by TKP/lift

anyone seen this before?

No,the wierd thing is he got hit while he was jumping over it and was at the peak of his jump,the fireball wasn't in a position in which it'd hit him and he also fell back in a wierd way,not the one that happens when you hit someone with a projectile while airborne.
