Tech Ex Dive Kick Block Advantage

Some one got Kung in my Blade! This video shows that if you only hit the first two hits of Sonya's EX dive kick you will be left with a heap of block advantage just like Kung Lao. I don't know how much but it looks pretty high like +5 or +6

How easy is it to space this regularly without the jik? because if I get a jik like that I would already be at adv and the bar of meter would be a waste.
