Note: Every character except for Kratos has a recovery time of 36 frames if they whiff a throw. Kratos takes 39 frames. Shoutouts to @Somberness.
Scorpion- Can get 17% if opponent doesn't wake up using Hellfire. Both throws put the opponent about 2 jumps away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Liu Kang- Back throw sends them just about full screen away, forward throw is a little bit closer. Duration- 3 seconds.
Kung Lao- Like Rains, opponent won't be able to tell if it is a forward or backward throw until finished. Puts them in perfect range for an f2 overhead. There is an odd glitch where after you perform a forward throw with him, he will not be able to block for a couple seconds. Duration- 2 seconds.
Sub Zero- Both throws put the opponent jump distance away. Forward throw in the corner puts them in range for a d4, can also ice clone-throw-combo in the corner. Very situational. Duration- 3 seconds.
Sindel- Back throw sends them full screen, forward throw puts them just a little bit closer to you. Opponent cannot tech roll, and you can levi fireball them for an OTG. Can OTG them with u4 in the corner. Duration- 2 seconds.
Ermac- Very long reach, sends opponent full screen away. Duration- 4 seconds.
Reptile- Back throw puts them full screen away, forward throw puts them about jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Kitana- Back throw puts them about full screen away, if you forward throw, you can OTG them with 2. Thank you @DZG Mr. Mileena for confirming. Duration- front throw 2 seconds, back throw 3 seconds.
Johnny Cage- Both throws put opponent a little farther than jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Jade- Both throws put opponent a little farther than jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Mileena- Very slow, however, both throws put opponent full screen away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Nightwolf- You can OTG them with f3, Axe, Lighting, EX Lighting, 2nd EX Axe, or cross them up. Both throws put opponent in sweep range. Thank you @L0rdoftheFLY for confirming. Duration- 4 seconds.
Cyrax- Back throw puts them full screen away, forward throw puts them a little bit closer. Duration- 4 seconds. Also has a command throw which grants a safe jump in.
Newb- Very long reach, opponent cannot tech roll afterwards. Both throws put opponent jump distance away. Duration- 4 seconds.
Smoke- Forward throw puts them full screen away, back throw puts them a little closer. Most Smokes think that they can whiff teleport after a forward throw to continue pressure, however, it is unsafe. Duration- 4 seconds.
Sektor- Both throws put opponent jump distance away, untechable knockdown. Duration- 1 second.
Sonya- Back throw puts them about sweep distance away, forward throw puts them right in front of you. Forward throw has very little recovery. Can OTG with 4. Duration- Back throw 4 seconds, forward throw 3 seconds.
Jax- Regular throw does 8%, you can extend the throw to 15%. Puts opponent about jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Kano- Both throws put opponent in sweep range. Perfect range for a f3 or a b2. Duration- 4 seconds.
Stryker- DONT TAZE ME BRO! Both throws put opponent a little farther than jump distance away. Duration- 5 seconds.
Shang Tsung- Throw only does 9%, but it heals Shang 2%. Back throw puts opponent jump distance away, forward throw puts them a little farther than jump distance. Duration- 4 seconds.
Baraka- Should be a OHKO, since he stabs you through the fucking throat, but I digress. Both throws put opponent jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
KUH BAWL- Both throws put opponent jump distance away. Duration- Front throw 2 seconds, back throw 3 seconds.
Raiden- Forward throw puts them full screen away, back throw leaves them a bit closer than full screen. Duration- 3 seconds.
CSZ- Forward throw puts opponent jump distance away, back throw puts them a little farther than jump distance away. Duration- 4 seconds.
Sheeva- Throw does 14%. SHE NEEDS IT! Both throws put them jump distance away. Duration- 4 seconds.
Quan Chi- Forward throw puts them jump distance away, back throw puts them 2 jumps away from you. Duration- Back throw 4 seconds, forward throw 3 seconds.
Skarlet- Throw only does 11% Both throws put the opponent about jump distance away. Puts them at perfect distance for a Red Dash. Can OTG in the corner after a forward throw with a close dagger. Duration- 4 seconds.
Kenshi- Back throw puts opponent jump distance away, forward throw puts them a little farther. Duration- 2 seconds.
Rain- Opponent won't be able to tell if it is a forward throw or a backward throw until it is over. Both throws put opponent jump distance away. Duration- 3 seconds.
Freddy- Forward throw puts opponent about jump distance away, back throw puts them a little farther. Insanely long throw, could be used to run out the clock. Best throw because of "shh". Duration- 5 seconds.
Kratos-
Kratos' forward throw puts the opponent at about half-dash farther than jump distance, back throw sends the opponent around a whole dash farther than jump distance. According to the Kratos Frame Data by Somberness, forward throw leaves Kratos at +7, back throw leaves Kratos at +8. One extra positive frame on the back throw doesn't mean much, but it's there. Duration- 4 seconds.
