Ermac has a lot of inconsistencies in the hitboxes of his normals that should definitely be fixed in the future.
After testing against every character, here's all the whiffs I could find. With video evidence.

B1 (Mid):
- Cassie Cage, Neutral Crouch (*)
- Cassie Cage, Crouch Blocking
- D'vorah, Neutral Crouch (*)
- D'vorah, Crouch Blocking (*)
- Predator, Neutral Crouch (*)
- Scorpion, Crouch Blocking
- Sub-zero, Crouch Blocking

Second hit of 222 (Mid):
- Cassie Cage, Crouch Blocking
- D'vorah, Neutral Crouch (*)
- D'vorah, Crouch Blocking (*)
- Mileena, Neutral Crouch (*)
- Predator, Neutral Crouch (*)
- Scorpion, Crouch Blocking

Standing 1 whiffing is normally fine as this move is a high...
B1 whiffing seems to be due to low profile... not entirely sure.
The second and third hit of the string 222 still whiffing has not been fixed. Still happens to me.

222 isn't consistant. It does work as intended sometimes
 
Probably? I mean there ARE times when it all connects on me.
If the first hit of 222 whiffs the rest always whiffs, connecting with it depends on her breathing animation. The blockstun makes her rise a little bit and makes possible to hit with the rest but it still depends on the breathing animation.
Looking at her idle animation when crouch blocking, I can time it so everything whiffs or everything hits.

All this breathing hitbox stuff...... Not just with ermac. If they expect us to react to breathing hitboxes and body motion then we deserve the connection online and offline to allow us to do so (REACT)!
