Enhanced Ghost Ball Online Only Glitch

CONFIRMED: Ex Ghost Ball does NOT confuse opponents online ~ i.e Down is still Down, Up is still Up, Left is still Left, and Right is still Right.

Tested myself now I found time, works offline, but not online.

This is obviously a glaring glitch.

Yes, it needs to be patched. Seems like this whole game needs a new patch.....then needs a new patch.....then needs a new patch..........COME ON NRS!!!!
