Rooster Teeth is a company best known for making that show RWBY and all of the associated media to go with that. They also apparently host a big animation convention called RTX. Why this is showing up on TYM is the MK11 event they partnered with Eleague to host going down later today.
There were apparently a series of qualifiers that went down to determine who would be showing up at the offline finals. And those players are:
