This is viable and cost only one bar, or two, the basis damage is 36% (Before bomb reset)

I can do these high bomb resets quite easily, but some people have trouble with them. they are quite strict to time, I won't lie. easiest way I found is to buffer your dash as your putting the bomb up, u want to be dashing as soon u hit the ground. Nice find here dood.
