Playing around a little and found an easy combo for 45%.

b2u1 113 czar toss MB spin cycle MB - 45%

No combo thread so I posted a thread until someone makes one.

Input the command before Lobo starts the animation for 3.

I don't know. All I can think is your not hitting it fast enough. I'd say try to input faster.
