We have players from Russia, Korea (including FINAL ROUND XVI winner JDCR!), Israel and all over the United States flying into New Jersey for this event. Online Registration ends TODAY,Saturday, May 4 at 11:59pm EST, so unless you want to pay a $45 venue fee at the door, I implore you to register through www.ecthrowdown.com . Hotel rooms are also still available, whichan be booked through the website as well. Here's a rough outline of what we have going on so far this year:

- Tournaments for all your favorite games, and then some. From SF4, Marvel, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Vampire Savior, Persona 4 Arena, King of Fighters, Skullgirls, Dead or Alive 5 and all the way back to 3rd Strike and Super Turbo, there is something for any fighting game fan to enjoy!
- Everyone's favorite MarkMan from Mad Catz will be at the event with tons of sticks, apparel, and accessories for people to purchase, and not to mention tons of raffle prizes as well!
- A whopping $5000 in bonus prizes for Street Fighter IV, Marvel, and Injustce, PLUS another $1000 for the game with the most entries (Marvel, SF4, and Injustice excluded) from One Frame Link (www.oneframelink.com). These bonus prizes are winner take all, so we want to see some blood, sweat, and maybe salty tears on stage!
- East Coast Throwdown V is part of the East Coast Tekken Circuit (along with NEC13 and FINAL ROUND XVI). The winner of FRXVI, JDCR, will be in attendance to defend his title as East Coast Tekken champ. The winner of TEKKEN TAG 2 will be flown to The Fall Classic 2013 in Raleigh, NC on September 14-15. www.tfctournament.com is the official website for TFC2013!
- ATLUS has graced us with a $1000 bonus prize, divided between Persona 4 Arena and King of Fighters XIII. $500 will be granted to each game, and they will be split among the Top 3 of each, with a normal 70/20/10 split.
