Earth Shatter hits with both hits = 18.18% of 1 bar
Conclusions:
The best way to build meter is Earth Shatter on block or on hit. Also this is Doomsday's only special move that is safe on block.
Even if the opponent blocks the first hit of Supernova they can still dash out of the 2nd hit and give you a full combo punish.
Venom builds decent meter if they block it for 17.39% of a bar, but it is full combo punish. Using venom while our trait is active is a decent way to build meter however.
