DLC wont work online?

So I pre-ordered the Reptile skin and it worked fine, up until recently when a patch came out (I believe the character balancing update).

Now, I can select the costume offline, but when I try to play a match online, it is not there.

Same with the classic Sektor and Cyrax skins I just downloaded. They work offline, but when I hop online, they are not there.

Anyone know whats up with this or have the same issue?

Same here man (PS3.) I can't see my new costumes. Here's what I know and suspect.

Suspect:
DLC classic costumes.. you can't chose them if the other player don't have it. Either that or perhaps just for Skarlet. But at the same time when I fight someone else online, I only have 2 costumes NONE of the classics are there. But when I fight someone that has to have the DLC it shows up. So I conclude you can only use them if the other player has it. If not, it will not be there, IMO.

For it to freeze.. it happened to me too. After the patch when ever I chose the classic costumes it would freeze up. So pretty much the dlc ruined it. I don't know what causes it to freeze but it has stopped on my end. The new problem for me now is anything dlc it will not show up. Not even Skarlet! Really annoying..

I tried to delete some saved data on my ps3 as TerryMasters suggested but it didn't work. :/

I forgot to add, mine is PSN/PS3 as well.

If they really made it so you can't select your DLC skins unless the other person has them too that is super gay.

Online for me is a little different, I had Scorpion, Ermac, and Kitana all before the skin pack. I purchased the skin pack when it was released, everything was fine...until the patch. now i cannot select Scorpions or Kitanas Classic online, Tried redownloading both the individual and skin pack still no luck.

Also it seems that i cannot pick Nightwolf, it will literally stop and pop up the screen of either "Game session is no longer available" or "Game De-synchronized"
