DLC causing issues.

Ever since I downloaded MMH I've been experiencing the following:
1. The character select screen takes way too long to load.
2. Quick freezes in offline practice mode and versus.

Does anyone else have these problems and if so are there ways to fix them?
I haven't been able to find a thread that touches on the subject so I apologize if this is old news.

this happened to me as well, I uninstalled the game, removes some other old games that I installed before, reinstalled INJ and it works much better now. You still may have to redownload the patches but that should only take a few seconds because it is already on your HDD and your console needs to recognize it again.

I sometimes have these problems when connected to Xbox Live. If I play offline there is no load times or freezes at all.
