DEVASTATION Event Announcement: What Happened and What's Going On

The event called "DEVASTATION" has been very quite as we have not heard anything from the organizers since last year. JediRobb, who is the founder and director of the event has returned with a potential announcement for not this year, but next. As Robb states in this video, they had to deal with a few issues with sponsors bailing last minute as well as other difficulties and real-life issues.

Nevertheless, DEVASTATION is looking to not only continue getting the players paid who have still not rcceived their winnings but also gauge interest for 2013.

Damn I would be pissed if I still hadn't been paid a year later. If the papers were signed with these huge sponsors and whatnot, how could they drop out all of a sudden? Couldn't you sue or something ?
