REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND VENUE PRICING:
Registration will be handled through kcgameon.com OR at the door registration. We strongly encourage competitors to pre-register through kcgameon.com when the functionality to pre-register for MAXOUT becomes available.
Registration fees are $15 with pre-registration and $20 with at the door (late) registration. Venue fee discounts of $5 will be offered to those competitiors that bring a complete setup (console with one at least one game we are running, up to date with patches and DLC + approved monitor).
Venue fee discounts will be handed out as refunds in the form of $5 later during the night.
In other words, venue fee pricing is as follows:
Pre-registered: $15
At the door: $20
Pre registered WITH tournament approved setup: $10
At the door WITH tournament approved setup: $15

What to look forward to at KCGameOn:
1. Catered dinner, snacks, and drinks:
Unlimited soda and snacks, plus a complete dinner that will be catered during the event for all KCGameOn entrants!
2. Main stage setup:
A main stage, with bleachers, is available for Street Fighter 5 finals. E-sports!
3. Open late:
The venue is open until 3 am
4. Hotel Bar:
Adult beverages will be available at the hotel bar near the entrance to the expo.
5. Huge venue:
Plenty of space for casuals as we've drastically increased the size of our tournament area over the previous venue!
