Hey guys, I know it's week negative one and people are still getting used to Predator's shenanigans, so I thought I'd help out and make sure you're not getting hit by gimmicks. I've noticed that a lot of Predators like to throw out the armored Scimitar Slam either on reversal, prediction, or wakeup, so I found some ways for Cassie to deal with it at close range. Her options are DF1 xx Flipkick, 242, a well timed F3 xx Flipkick, or to low profile it on reaction with D4. No, this isn't your typical TYM "on reaction." You can actually see the armor, press down and 4 on your gamepad, and the move whiffs completely. Check out the second video above to see me reacting to it after various knockdowns. As for reversals, if you do a safe string like 212 and they get antsy, just press 242 as quickly as possible afterwards and they will get caught everytime they do this for a full combo.
