DC Villains who would make overpowered boss characters

Been trying to catch up/rereading alot of DC lore in anticipation of this game, lots of great storylines and memorable villains.
Just to state: I really hope all characters in Injustice are playable and there are no boss onlys.
That being said, if a future DC game(of any kind btw, not necessarily a fighter) was announced what cosmic-level villains/enemies would you be looking forward to? feel free to recommend storyarcs

3 Supermen, 2 Supergirls, The Spectre, Darkseid and all the other heroes of Earth had to slap him in order to just distract him long enough for Flash to kill himself and take him with him.

But if you really want an overpowered Cosmic boss, go with Hal as Parallax. Dude rewrote time so people forgot he murdered the entire GL Corps and had an alibi for it.

Meh, Parallax is lame. Can't stand GLs as characters. Oh, Monarch, how could I forgot that badass.
