Dash-blocking frames

How many frames is a block? When I fought a Sektor player, he could punish my dash-blocking with a simple teleport. Unless online lag is involved, every time I was holding block he got me somehow.

Is this a problem with everyone and does the block have slower frames than, say, Injustice or another fighting game?

blocking is 1 frame, you're possibly being screwed by the lag
