Its two cross ups back to back. The explosion is a cross up and then the following j2 is a cross up.

It reverses their wakeup also. And even if they block both crossups, darkseid can jail his normals after that j2.

Total noob question: is Palms a hard knockdown?

DF2 is a splat, which means it knocks them down for a while, but it's also a soft knockdown so they can tech roll but not until the end of the knockdown.

Which begs the question: what's the effect on a tech rolling opponent @Superman Rz ? Or delayed wakeup?

Teleport shenanigans in the corner are gimmicks. You can just crouch and all jump attacks will whiff.

also explosion is a mid so the first crossup doesn't mean much. I had a concept like this awhile back hold up.
