Shes getting a delay when she dagger cancels so she can't shoot quite as fast but the dagger will still retain push back effect.

They need to make sure they don't ruin her combo's by making the delay too long. If they make the delay too long as well as remove dashslashing, Skarlet will have issues reaching above 25% on a combo.

She reaches 41% without ever using a dagger.

Skarlet as is has a pretty significant number of heavy-advantage matchups. She doesn't just beat characters 6-4...it oftentimes is 7-3.
