D3 and EX NDC

When my opponent uses D3, and I use EX NDC, I go straight through them to the other side of the screen, taking the hit as I go. Just wondering why this is.

Not sure if it's all the time or just sometimes, but it has happened quite a few times to me.

That doesn't even make sense...

Dash should still hit them.

There are certain moves in this game that nomad dash will just go through. D3's are common, I've had it go through KL's roll, I'm sure there are others.

I imagine it's something to do with there being a different between your character's hit box, and the actual hitbox of the move itself. Kabal's feet may be on the ground as you dash, but the actual impact zone of the move doesn't extend completely to the bottom of his feet. That makes sense in my head.
