The njp and b2 splats are Cyrax's meatiest knockdowns. These could be really useful when you want to get a head start on zoning or to set up bomb traps/other okis. I think the best opportunity to use the splats would be at the end of any combo that begins with a bomb.
NJP splat = +64 if they tech roll, +60 if they don't. Can be cancelled into an air teleport.
b2 splat = +69 if they tech roll, +80 if they don't.
Take the duration frame data of any special and subtract it from these numbers to figure out what is safe to use before the opponent can wakeup.
This is just an idea as I haven't tested it very much. Maybe some people are already using this. Here's a couple examples I've come up with so far of how you could utilize these knockdowns.
njp~teleport into close bomb, njp~teleport into AA throw, njp~teleport into pressure.
b2 into net or bombs of choice, b2 into close bomb into AA throw, b2 teleport into pressure.
