Cost of Modding a Stick

My little brother just bought me a pdp Klassic fight stick for my birthday because it was super marked down at gamestop. I was wondering if anyone could give me and estimation for how much it would cost if I wanted to buy better stick parts and mod it up. I've never owned a stick before and I know nothing on the subject so a rough estimate would be greatly appreciated. Maybe what parts I should consider buying?

I'm not sure if the pdp Klassic comes with an iL stick or not, if not you'll want an iL eurostick, iL concave or convex buttons, with cherry switches. If you install the parts yourself, I think it'll cost more in the $60 range.

The Klassics are just fine right outta the box. Only time you'd need to buy parts is to replace or fix, or if you you get it dual modded (made to be compatible to work on 2 different consoles, usually meaning 360 & PS3).

If you want to replace the parts it will not cost you 60 dollars to replace.

The dual modding can be done normally if you ship it off to someone who does it or if you come to a tournament, there is usually a few guys who are set up on a work bench to do the mods (they charge 80 dollars).

Yup. The stick & buttons arent the best, but are very good. And the Klassic comes with cherry switches, so your good right outta the box.
