Connecting j3, 223 after b1u3

I just can't get it guys. What's the timing? Are there any visual clues to look for? Is there a video of someone doing it so I can see? I've just never been able to connect it. I've tried delaying the ji3 heaps but the 223 still won't come out.

Still can't connect 223, but I can get 112 to connect now pretty consistently

J3 112 isn't too hard though.

You just have to do a very deep j3.

Do a delayed ji3, and as soon as it connects go 112.

112 is sooooo much easier to connect than 223.
