General/Other - Butcher Command Grab Nerf

His command grab in Butcher is now 8 frames of start up. It's no longer 6 frames of start up like it used to be.

It's still very quick and ticks off D+4 so it's not a big deal.

They nerf my "Skull Smash" move to 8f start up?!! Tell me, they tweak something else..? Its cool. I'm use to slow start up command grabs. 8f isnt bad. They couldve gave it a damage buff though. 16% no meter
