So I've looked at the thread where they've discussed this topic before. The answer was basically practice makes perfect, and I agree. However, I've found that if you listen carefully (optimally with headphones) when Cheetah lands on the ground after Primal Rage there is a soft double tap of her feet touching the ground. On the second tap, that's when you want to press d1 as fast as possible. This makes it easier to train your muscle memory by recognizing that "tap tap" sound and soon enough you won't have to rely on it to hit the combo. My current success with this is consistently hitting two Primal Rage combos in a row and out of 10 tries I can hit 4. I haven't practiced enough yet, but this worked for me, I hope it helps some more Cheetah players
