Coarse Edition Worth It?

Hey, everyone. So I'm about to buy MKX (late to the party I know don'th8). The Coarse Edition is currently $99.99 on Amazon. If I went and bought MKX for $49.99, then bought the Kombat Pack, that's a $20 diff (assuming Best Buy holds the price). Is the Coarse Edition worth that extra $20?

If Amazon and Walmart were still selling the game for 39.99 this wouldn't be an issue
