Chronus Max adapter ps3 to Xbox One

Sorry if this has been posted but is the Chronus Max adapter plug ad play for Xbox One using a ps3 madcatz fight stick? Do you need a Xbox controller to go with it? Does anyone know if UFGT is allowing this adapter? Any help would be much appreciated.

I know Evo is Disallowing it, and expect most tourneys to follow. Apparently is causes input lag, not only for the user, but the whole console.

Well at least Combo Breaker Tourny that took over UFGT is playing MKX on PS4 so that's one problem solved.
