Characters least susceptible to Lag issues online.

First, Im really sorry if some one posted this in general discussion. I searched and could not find it. I did how ever see 98 posts across every other forum and people continuing to troll it up, with storms each time asking to put 1 thread in General Discussion. Sorry about the jerks Storms, hopefully this will end that deal quick.

Now I have only played as Cyrax online, his non reset bnb's are easy but his resets seem nearly impossible to do sometimes.

I have heard others say Reptile, Cyber Sub, and Nightwolf can do some dirty stuff online, but I cannot confirm or deny these claims.

Reptile's Dash is basically Safe online unless you are in REALLY good connections. It's frustrating to fight ones that just dash dash dash.

Really, any characters that have remotely safe advancing normals can be a pain online.

Cage is amazing online due to his frametraps becoming OMEGA frame traps, Noob is better online due to it being harder to dash block things on reaction, another excellent character online is Raiden due to sometimes having a practically unpunishable teleport.

I gotta disagree with cage becoming better in lag. His frame traps require precise input in order to jail. Online, people jump out of his frame traps all the time and get away with not respecting his f33b3 or f3 on hit. Sure f3 pressure is harder to deal with and I notice a lot of online cages using f33 or his 11, 21 as pressure tool, which work much more effectively online but it's not all gain for him in lag imo.

Raiden is total bullshit in matches if they start teleporting randomly and there's a lot of delay, most times your character is mid trying to counter what they were supposed to do a second ago then raiden is behind them kicking you in the head.

I can agree with your specific points for sure. Counter poking cage online is a crap shoot tho. His D3 in between strings online almost seems to guarantee the f3 even on block. Getting out of his pressure is even more terrifying than offline because you not only have to deal with guessing if cage is going to end his strings at a certain point, but you have to counter poke him and account for the lag.

Cages anti airs get weaker in lag, which hurts him a lot. He can abuse the lag in his pressure tho.

This.

Swear to god man, I play Raidens in horrible connections who seem to be able to hit me before my character can turn around to punish lol. That's without blocking.

1. Noob
2. Mileena
3. Reptile
Noob, Mileena, Reptile.
Why is Noob even mentioned, he still sucks ass.

Reptile.
So that explains how I win.

sorry... but Kitana is almost unbeatable online. JK~fan is brutal offline.... and you can't stop it online.... along with punishing cutter?
I know you guys want to play her "right".... but if you just jump around like a dick head and jk fan... you'll win.

I think Kitana and Mileena really do gain advantages online that they don't have offline. Mileena is unpunishable.... and kitana's neutral blockstrings become frametraps.

It's more frustrating for me because I'm always on the wrong side of both scenarios. When I'm Cage I have people crossing me up in between F3's, and when I'm getting Cage'd I can't poke out.
