As for now most people block low vs the cat, since she has a ton of low starters and low hits, Iv found out a very good way to use back 2 down down 3 3, it has a good reach, and does 21% and will open them for low starters again, what do you think?

Isn't that a bit risky though? What if they block the overhead, you go into Catstance anyway since you can't hitconfirm it. Guess you can frametrap with Catstance 1. After a blocked b2 you are neutral right, why not take that opportunity to apply some more pressure.
Also aren't there better combos after a b2, especially if you have meter?

A throw attempt or a d1 seems like a good option after a blocked b2 imo.
