Cant use Skarlet in online play (PSN)

Downloaded Skarlet, I can use her in practice mode from the bottom right corner icon then scrolling over. She never shows up when I play an online match, the corner icon is either Cyber Sub or a red "+" sign, neither of which I can move the cursor over. People I play against are able to use her.

Not sure if this is related, but half the time I cannot select Jade or Kitana's classic MK3 outfit (which I have also downloaded) during online play. When I press start only the two MK9 outfits are there.

I really hope they get this fixed for when I download Kenshi.

They make you download a bunch o' sht, and it doesnt even work, SMDH BTW QUAN CHI is forbidden online so it seems, thought the tag team of storms and bone could get my main back to online status.... I keep dsync'n with ppl when i pick him, when ppl use him on me it either shows them as Radien, Lui, or C. Sub/ so you FgtNoops get this Info to NRS, seems like im the only person that Plays QuanChi on Psn
