Cancelling into EX Ice Bomb?

Is it just me or is this impossible (as in: the game won't let you do it)? I can see how this would result in some fucked up situations for the opponent, but I'm just trying to clarify whether it's not an option or whether I just can't execute it for some reason.

I seen this and tried it out instantly...
No you cannot Cancel a string into EX Ice Bomb.
You can cancel a string such as 33 or 21 into regular Ice Bomb, but with EX it wont work.
You CAN do 2,1,1+2/B+3,2 then wait until you hit the ground and do EX Ice Bomb..

Ok, just making sure it wasn't me. I kept trying to end combos with u.4 then cancel into EX Bombs for some ridiculous traps.
