MK has not been officially anounced for this tourny yet, (they have it as TBV) so if your in the area, and you are down with the MK, hit up this thread and show your interest.

This was a big tourny last year, Diago and Justin Wong were there for god sake lol

I want to see MK at this thing, I'm going to be pushing anyone I know in AB, BC, Sask to make this thing happen. Lets do it people!! MK for Life!

Yeah pretty retarded that they would have blazblue and not MK. When I asked Lapchi about that he said it's cuz Tokido plays blazblue, but tokido also plays MK so yeah I don't know.

I'm going to push for it anyways, I know lots of the guys here don't play it, but man, gotta start somewhere. And a few of the guys do play it, i think it's just a dirty little secret though lol. I would like them to give it a chance at least and see what kind of turn out we could get. I'm hoping after the EVO Hype that it will get a chance. Hell I'll train my sister and wife up on the damn game just to entrants lol

I'm tracking their site same as I'm tracking T12. I want to go to as many tournaments as possible while the tournament season is on. Might even go to the Phoenix one JediRobb is running as well if I can find a job in time. But yeah, if you find out before me, sure, drop me a message.

Damn... I'm just down the road too. Unfortunately my car doesn't perform at all in the snow, and it gets parked as soon as there is snow on the ground. Too bad this wasn't in August.

I will be getting a lagless monitor soon so that I can bring an MK set up to Tubby dogg here in Calgary for Wed night fights. There are always street fighter and marvel fights going on, I will post when I get my set up and will be there. If you are in the area, come down for some games!!! get your MK ON!!

Do you think you'll have it ready before September? If so, I can probably talk my wife into a road trip for a day of games. She's pretty good with Kratos and Jade.

Picked up my monitor yesterday, it's freekin awesome, and I don't think I will be able to play the same way on anything else now :) Won't be able to set up this wed as I'm busy, but I hope to be able to get out every wed after that, try get the MK onliners in this city off there couch and into the scene.

Bringing my set up to Tubby Dog this wed for sure. Just have to find another Brawl pad. If you have your own preference for Controller feel free to bring it!! I'll probably get there inbetween 6 and 7. Don't be shy I have a beard and will probably be wearing a Bruins jersey come up and introduce yourself!!! Lets get MK rolling in this city people,

Tell your friends, tell your mom, it doesnt matter if you think you suck. thats what these get togethers are for, help eachother level up while beating the crap out of eachother at the same time. Hope to see some people get out there :)

Anyway, I'll probably make it out to Canada Cup just for AE, but I'd much rather go for MK9. I'm really hoping they just haven't announced it yet.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just noticed the last post. If MK9 is announced, I'm definitely going to be there. Hope none of you were planning on winning!

Define patch issues. If you mean the desync errors, no, they haven't. I've cleared my cache and redownloaded all of my DLC, yet I still get desyncs against other people who have done the same. In fact, sometimes it'll only desync for certain costumes. If I use Ermac's alt, it's fine, but if I use Sub Zero's alt, it'll desync.

Yeah, NRS really never "fixed" that, and at this rate, they likely aren't going to. It still shouldn't be an issue for the tournament.
